I loved her more than my life,
I loved her more than my mother and her love was my joy her love was my only pleasure. One morning in the worst of winter she died in my arms and since then I roam the world with the memories of that love. Where is her heart? I don't hear its beat. My pain is so great that I can't even cry. I wish I could cry but I ran out of crying I loved her so much and she's gone never to return. I loved her with all my soul as one loves once in a lifetime. But destiny, cruel and bloody, left me without her love. Only death could tear away that romance of tender love, and one morning in the worst of winter she died in my arms. Where is her heart? I don't hear its beat. My pain is so great that I can't even cry. I wish I could cry but I ran out of crying I loved her so much and she's gone never to return. |
